Resumo: This research aims to evaluate the PROINFO the perspective of teacher education in the municipal Fortaleza regarding the use of technological resources and its implications for teaching practice. To this end, an evaluation research with teachers who worked in Educational Computer Labs (LEL) and trainers of the Center for Educational Technology (NTE)/Teacher Reference Center (CRP) was held in Fortaleza, since that articulated with PROINFO effectively implemented the Information Technology and Communication (ICT) in schools of Fortaleza. Evaluative research is based on a thorough evaluation to assess not only the results but also point suggested by the teachers interviewed solutions, in order to propose a redesign of the program evaluated Thus Sought to understand the process of teacher training, starting with an interpretive analysis of the collected data and observed facts discovered during the search. The study was conducted within the methodological perspective of an in-depth evaluation , inserted a comprehensive view , from an interpretative analysis advocated by Lejano ( 2006 ), considering the qualitative and quantitative approaches in order to enable the analysis of program design and the results obtained from its implementation . The research sought to further through the process of training teachers to understand whether there were significant changes in teaching practice, from methodologies and concepts adopted about educational computing courses conducted by the NTE Fortaleza. The interviews were conducted by sampling two teachers being contemplated by regional, making a total of 12 teachers and four instructors from NTE/CRP Fortaleza. The results showed that teachers of Lies considered that training conducted by NTE contributed significantly to the personal and professional development of the same , and positively affect the teaching-learning process of the students , it was found that the courses were still influences positive in the teaching practice of those who attended them, can be seen as results , pedagogical innovations , partnerships between teachers and the commitment to carry out projects that entered students in autonomy and cooperativeness on the other hand , some process barriers hindered the process training and consequently resulted in the teaching practice , as the realization of the formations in contrast to the work schedule and other factors that compromised the development of some courses , among them , the physical structure , the reduction of operating computers and some missing or slow the internet. Given the results of this evaluative research is possible to consider that teachers formations occurring within the PROINFO in Fortaleza, need to be rethought, so there is a direct connection with the practice in the classroom.

Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa avaliativa com os professores que atuaram nos Laboratórios de Informática Educativa(LIE) e formadores do Núcleo de Tecnologia Educacional (NTE)/ Centro de Referência do Professor(CRP) de Fortaleza, visto que este, articulado com o PROINFO, implementou efetivamente as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação(TICs) nas escolas municipais de Fortaleza. A pesquisa avaliativa fundamentou-se em uma avaliação completa, visando não só aferir os resultados, mas também apontar soluções sugeridas pelos professores entrevistados, a fim de propor um redesenho do programa avaliado. Dessa forma, procurou-se compreender o processo das formações docentes, partindo-se de uma análise interpretativa dos dados coletados e fatos observados, constatados durante a pesquisa. O trabalho foi realizado dentro da perspectiva metodológica de uma avaliação em profundidade, inserida em uma visão compreensiva, a partir de uma análise interpretativa defendida por Lejano(2006), contemplando as abordagens qualitativas e quantitativas, a fim de possibilitar a análise da formulação do programa e dos resultados obtidos a partir de sua implementação. A pesquisa buscou ainda através do processo de formação dos professores, compreender se houve ou não mudanças significativas na prática docente, a partir das metodologias e concepções adotadas acerca da informática educativa pelos cursos realizados no NTE de Fortaleza. As entrevistas foram realizadas por amostragem, sendo contemplados dois professores por regional, perfazendo um total de 12 professores, além de quatro formadores do NTE/CRP de Fortaleza. Os resultados obtidos permitiram concluir que os professores dos LIEs consideraram as formações realizadas através do NTE, significativas aos seus desenvolvimentos pessoal e profissional, influenciando positivamente no processo ensino-aprendizagem dos educandos. Verificou-se ainda que, nos cursos, houve boas influências na prática docente daqueles que os frequentaram, podendo-se observar como resultados, as inovações pedagógicas, as parcerias entre os professores e o compromisso em realizar projetos que inseriram os alunos em um processo de autonomia e cooperatividade. Por outro lado, alguns entraves dificultaram o processo de formação como, a realização das formações em um horário contrário ao de trabalho, entre outros fatos observados.
