Resumo: The dissertation studies the average treatment effect of the Program "University for All” in the academic performance of students in the Santo Augustinho College (FSA), on the period of 2009. Based on information from primary data and a questionnaire on a sample of 301 students studying with the ProUni Scholarships and students who do not have this benefit, we used a linear regression model and a regression based on the propensity score. The results of this study suggest that students that receive ProUni scholarship outperform those who do not receive those benefits, regardless of instrumental analysis, and consequently direct the recommendations are that the College promotes policies to encourage and attract students from this category. Therefore, we can still suggest that the future studies should be make to analyze the work performance of these students to join the labor market.

Com base nas informações de dados primários e um questionário aplicado em uma amostra de 301 alunos que estudam com a bolsa do ProUni e alunos que não possuem este beneficio, utilizou-se um modelo uma regressão linear e uma regressão com base no escore de propensão. Os resultados apresentados neste trabalho sugerem os alunos que recebem bolsa do ProUni tem desempenho superior aos que não recebem o referido benefício, independente do instrumental de análise; conseqüentemente, as recomendações diretas são de que a Faculdade promova políticas de incentivo e atração desta categoria de alunos.
