This paper put in discussion the processes of the work formation and the worker formation, considering especially your susceptible nature of tranformation. Therewith teachers activity research we discussed with a primary teacher the ways of work and be a worker that was updated in your daily practices in the city of Vitória, Espírito Santo. This intervention had like a theoretical-methodological tool the Clinic of Activity contribution turning possible a posture that priveleges the teacher perform in teachers activity analisys production. This transform-comprehend the work was started by a search of means that provoked the self confrontation of the teacher with her activity. The produced analisys during this research was condition for the normativity worker increases, causing displacement in the forms of conduct the work. This experimentation begins also of the search to do psi that don't individualize the scholastic issues or reduce its genesis on extents of school self, bring to the discussion the complex net in what the work activity is begotten. In this way, we try to give visibility to the polyphony that the teacher voices produce putting in question her effects and the possible deviations.
