This text is the result of a research work accomplished in a Center Integrated of Public Education (Ciep), located in the Tide Complex. It is an investigation that it proposed to reconstitute the school history using itself, mostly, of oral narratives of teachers that there remain right from the start of your operation. They are individual and collective trajectories that narrate and, at the same time, will go tracking their histories, and composing the school memory. The research develops in 2 axises: Time and space. The option for narrating this experience is, above all, the wish and the commitment with the memory of a school where constitute us sometimes subject sometimes subjected. Has been being little argued the collective character of the educational experiences, once these occur inside determined social and cultural groups, bringing, therefore, the values mark and of the cultures of the groups. Above all in a time in which the educational perspectives are directed to a future, and that little importance is given to the memory and the shared experiences. To know the individual aspects of the educational actions becomes important whereby means of ransom possibilities of their individual and collective identities. The singular aspects of these actions constitute starting from their behaviors, conceptions and representations, once these are composed in processes of social interaction, being collectively shared. Back to the the past to rescue our memory, we meet again elements of the public policies, life histories, and practices institution/instituted. The collective formation, the relation with the past, the stay, the enchantment, the (dis)belief in the public policies thought for the education and the hope in a school - still possible- , are elements that were composed in a same woof, pains and delights scenery, where were, with memory threads, warping our histories.
