Resumo: | This work aims to understand, through training memorials produced in meetings of a research-training inspired by the narrative documentation of pedagogical experiences, the training experiences of Physical Education teachers at Profesp (Programa Forças no Esporte), carried out in the interior of of the Air Force's military organizations. The study dialogues with the singularities of these teachers, who constitute themselves as powers that carry diverse knowledge and permeate a plurality of cultures whose voices are still little known in the academic field. To do this, I anchored myself in the epistemological field of (auto)biographical narrative research. The results were obtained through a comprehensive-interpretative analysis (SOUZA, 2006; 2014) of training memories and showed a pedagogical practice based on the principles of educational sport. Furthermore, I noticed that teachers carried out activities that went beyond teaching, requiring skills and competencies in the area of management. Finally, I consider the writing of the training memorials of the collaborators in this study as an act of resistance, because in each unit in which they work, they have in common the fact of sharing a pedagogical practice capable of building ways of coping and overcoming the conditions of social vulnerability. |
