Women and girls are murdered every day, so that femicide continues to destroy women's lives, without distinction in all social environments, but especially affecting black women. Based on these questions, the object of study problematizes the intersectionality between race and gender, as elements that involve the applicability of Law No. 13,104/2015, better known as the Feminicide Law. The objective is to analyze the dynamics of the subalternization of black women through the intersectionality between the aforementioned markers by crossing the legal practices related to the applicability of the law referred to by the Paraíba Justice System, based on the criminal processes of feminicide in the region of Campina Grande-PB. In theoretical terms, I use feminist epistemology, considering that our study has a critical nature in relation to the construction of knowledge and concepts, with regard to the legal and social field, considering how women in situations of violence are inserted in this universe. Analyzing how the Justice System of Paraíba has been acting, when in contact with these crimes, bringing reflections on this intersectional element, showing that this is predominant in our victims of feminicide, and that in addition to gender, it can be decisive in the increase in cases of feminicide. In methodological terms, the research is qualitative, in which I use discourse analysis to understand the nuances of the object and, therefore, I use the procedural analysis of feminicide crimes in the Campina Grande region. It is important to carry out this study to think about public policies to support women in situations of violence, especially black women, so that we can denounce the way in which the State treats cases of this nature, as well as reflect on how to combat machismo, racism and other forms of discrimination against women, culturally rooted in our society. Preliminarily, it is possible to conclude that this access to justice, in most cases, is not effective. In cases of violence against women, there are numerous mishaps that can trigger a crime of feminicide, while investigative paths, whether police or judicial, reveal unequal or insufficient treatment when it comes to the crime in question, even failing to qualify the crimes. by the update provided for by Law 13,104/2015.
