Resumo: This work develops a techno-economic analysis of a fixed bottom offshore wind turbine in the Southeast and Northeast regions of Brazilian. Initially, the environmental data of the selected locations such as wind and wave regimes and sea depth are obtained using global models. Subsequently, this data is used through the FAST software to analyze the hydrodynamic and structural behavior of the wind turbine. Afterward, economic analyses are performed to calculate the costs of the turbine, foundation, electrical infrastructure, and operation and maintenance during the wind turbine’s lyfecycle, which is assumed to be twenty years. The dissertation finally compares the energy production costs in Brazil concerning other countries that already have this type of energy to evaluate the price competitiveness.

The dissertation finally compares the energy production costs in Brazil concerning other countries that already have this type of energy to evaluate the price competitiveness.Este trabalho desenvolve um estudo da viabilidade técnico-econômica da turbina eólica offshore nas regiões Sudeste e Nordeste do Brasil para aerogeradores com estruturas fixas do tipo monopilar. Inicialmente, são captados os dados ambientais como regime de vento, ondas e profundidade do mar a respeito das regiões selecionadas para verificar a possibilidade da existência da turbina na região. Em seguida, os dados obtidos serão reproduzidos através do Software denominado FAST para analisar o comportamento da estrutura do aerogerador com as cargas de cada área. Após a análise técnica concluída, dá-se início ao processo de viabilidade econômica, no qual são realizados cálculos dos custos da turbina, fundação, estrutura elétrica e custos de operação e manutenção durante 20 anos, que é o tempo do ciclo de vida de um aerogerador.
