Elaboração e validação de instrumento para consulta de enfermagem às pessoas vivendo com transtornos mentais no âmbito da Estratégia Saúde da Família

Methodological study, with a general objective: to validate an instrument for nursing consultation to people living with mental disorders within the scope of the Family Health Strategy. Wanda Aguiar Horta's Theory of Basic Human Needs was used as a theoreticalanalytical framework. The project submitted and approved by the Research Ethics Committee with human beings of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, with the Certificate of Presentation for Ethical Appreciation (CAAE) nº. 25688219.4.0000.5537 and opinion No. 3,736,262. The investigation was carried out in two stages: the first consisted of an integrative literature review to support the construction of an instrument for nursing consultation to people living with mental disorders within the scope of the Family Health Strategy. The following electronic databases were used: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (Lilacs); Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE / PUBMED); SCOPUS; Web of Sciense; Cumulative Index to Nursing, Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) and The Cochrane Library (Cochrane). Sample stratum of 14 articles. The second step was the content validation of the preliminary instrument, later named, by specialists using the Delphi technique. Experts selected through the Lattes Platform of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPQ), resulting in a sample of 42 specialists in Delphi 1 and 32 for Delphi 2, totaling 75 until the final version of the instrument, called Instrument for Consultation of Mental Health Nursing in Primary Care (CESMAB-27). It was statistically analyzed through: Content Validity Index (CVI), Relative Index (ARI) and alpha Cronbach. In the first stage, Delphi 1, the mean of Cronbach's alpha and ARI were greater than 0.80, and the CVI was 0.803. In the Delphi 2 phase, Cronbach's alpha reached 0.896, with a CVI of 0.998. Both Delphi 1 and 2 phases were compared, obtaining quite satisfactory reliability, therefore the Alternative Hypothesis is accepted that the Instrument for Mental Health Nursing Consultation in Primary Care (CESMAB-27), presents evidence of content validation. It concludes with the CESMAB-27 validation.
