Resumo: Self-injurious behavior is characterized by being the one in which the individual can produce injuries against himself. Self-injury without suicidal intent can be understood as an action with the purpose of producing relief, differing from self-injury with a suicidal character, since the latter is triggered with the intention of causing one's own death. The objective was to analyze the constitution of the health support network for adolescents who present self-injurious behavior. Research with a qualitative approach developed with 13 adolescents treated at the Pediatric Emergency Room and Adult Emergency Room of a public hospital, at the Child Psychosocial Care Center (CPCC) and at the Municipal Specialized Care Program (MSCP). Data were collected through semi-structured interviews mediated by the Creativity and Sensitivity technique Speaking Map and by the construction of a genogram and ecomap. Data were submitted to inductive thematic analysis. This project was approved by the Ethics and Research Committee of the institution under protocol number 4.704.789. The results pointed out that, in general, adolescents live mainly with their mothers. The education of parents or guardians was focused on elementary school, and they have low economic income, characterizing social vulnerability. The family constitution presents itself in several ways and has an influence on the constitution of the support network ways. The support network of these adolescents is characterized by periods of stress, anxiety, and emotional conflicts. Based on the Speaking Maps, the adolescents' preference for solitude and social isolation was found. Through the genograms and ecomaps, the school, the MSCP, teachers and friends were identified as important points in the support network of these adolescents. It was concluded that the support network for adolescents who present self-injurious behavior consists of friends, school, teacher, municipal specialized education service (MSCP). the use of drugs that trigger feelings of anger and impotence was evidenced, thus stimulating the practice of self-mutilation in adolescents. The appropriation of knowledge of risk factors for self-injurious behavior is essential to enable health professionals to be trained to act in the prevention and care in this situation.

A autolesão sem intenção suicida pode ser compreendida por ser uma ação com propósito de produzir alívio, se diferenciando da autolesão com caráter suicida, já que esta é desencadeada com o intuito de provocar a própria morte. Objetivou-se analisar a constituição da rede de apoio à saúde de adolescentes que apresentam comportamento autolesivo. Pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa desenvolvida com 13 adolescentes atendidos no Pronto Socorro Pediátrico e Pronto Socorro Adulto de um hospital público, no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infantil (CAPSi) e no Programa de Atendimento Especializado Municipal (PRAEM). Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada mediadas pela Técnica de Criatividade e Sensibilidade Mapa Falante e pela construção de genograma e ecomapa. Os dados foram submetidos à análise temática indutiva. Este projeto foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética e Pesquisa da instituição sob parecer número 4.704.789. Os resultados apontaram que, em geral, os adolescentes residem principalmente com a mãe. A escolaridade dos pais ou responsáveis, centrou-se no ensino fundamental e possuem renda econômica reduzida, caracterizando vulnerabilidade social. A constituição familiar apresenta-se de vários modos e possui influência na constituição da rede de apoio. maneiras A rede de apoio destes adolescentes é caracterizada por períodos de estresse, ansiedade e conflitos emocionais. A partir dos Mapas Falantes constatou-se a preferência dos adolescentes pela solidão e o isolamento social. Por meio dos genogramas e ecomapas identificou-se a escola, o PRAEM, professoras e amigos como pontos importantes na rede de apoio desses adolescentes. Concluiu-se que a rede de apoios dos adolescentes que apresentam comportamento autolesivo é constituída pelos amigos, escola, professora, serviço de ensino especializado municipal (PRAEM). foi evidenciado o uso de drogas que desencadeiam sentimentos de raiva e impotência, dessa forma estimulando no adolescente a prática da autolesão. A apropriação do conhecimento dos fatores de risco do comportamento autolesivo é essencial para possibilitar que profissionais de saúde estejam capacitados para atuar na prevenção e cuidado frente a esta situação.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências da SaúdePrograma de Pós-Graduação em EnfermagemUFSMBrasilEnfermagemAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAdolescentesComportamento autodestrutivoEnfermagemSaúde mentalTranstorno do comportamentoAdolescentsSelf-destructive behaviorNursingMental healthBehavior disorderCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEMConstituição da rede de apoio de adolescentes que apresentam comportamento autolesivoConstitution of the support network for adolescents who selfinjurious behaviorinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisNeves, Eliane Tatschhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2267710105940770Sehnem, Graciela DutraFoggiato, DaianaMenino, Eva Patrícia da Silva Guilhermehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/8909855092863150Paula, Francielle Morais de4004000000006006006006006006006b9cb74a-f6ee-4f27-bbad-1ceb257903a5eef99858-96de-402b-86ee-c9ba9b8d1fc3c3873787-46e1-4d08-bfe9-b31ab6f0813038b4dea1-d8ae-48b6-8c6e-de39cf1c836e5589105c-cbdb-4b8e-8952-a6549221eab4reponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGENFERMAGEM_2022_PAULA_FRANCIELLE.pdfDIS_PPGENFERMAGEM_2022_PAULA_FRANCIELLE.pdfDissertação de mestradoapplication/pdf915148http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/27740/1/DIS_PPGENFERMAGEM_2022_PAULA_FRANCIELLE.pdfd58da25f0001859588ee88d86b8eb860MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
