Resumo: | The present work had as objective the training of professors acting or in formation of the Professional and Technological Education for the use of the Experimentation through the Resolution of Problems as a potential tool of the Education of Sciences in the Professional and Technological Education. From problem situations related to daily life, it is expected that the educator assumes an investigative character to find practical solutions. In this way, this work was based on the formulation of a course structured in three face-to-face meetings, where the theoretical reference on Experimentation through Problem Solving and some examples of problems that can be used in the classroom were presented. It was also requested that the teachers develop problems and apply them in one of their classes of Professional and Technological Education performance and, later, present the results obtained in these interventions. As a form of evaluation, the teachers participated in a roundtable discussion to discuss some previously selected questions and also elaborated conceptual maps on the applied methodology. The research sought teacher qualification and provided moments of continuous training, as well as the development of criticality and technical and technological solutions, extending its benefits to vocational education. Taking into account the extreme importance of experimental practice, reference was made to an experimentation not distant from social reality, dealing with everyday subjects, through Problem Solving in order to instigate the investigative character of the research subjects. The results obtained were the formulation of problems on chemical bonds, atomic models, heavy metals and stoichiometry. The reports of the teachers have shown that Problem Solving associated with experimentation is a great methodological tool for Science Teaching, but it is a methodology that requires a great planning and organization, but that in the end it has a positive and valid result, both for for the teachers themselves. The workshop met the expected objectives, as it is considered that the moments of continuous training were essential for the training of the EPT teachers who participated in the workshop, and they added knowledge about Experimentation through Problem Solving. |

A partir de situações-problema relacionadas ao cotidiano, espera-se que o educador assuma um caráter investigativo para encontrar soluções práticas. Desta forma, este trabalho baseou-se na formulação de um curso estruturado em quatro encontros presenciais e dois via Skype, em que foram apresentados o referencial teórico sobre a Experimentação através da Resolução de Problemas e alguns exemplos de problemas que podem ser utilizados em sala de aula. Também foi solicitado que os docentes cursistas desenvolvessem problemas e aplicassem os mesmos em uma de suas turmas de atuação da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica e, posteriormente, apresentassem os resultados obtidos nestas intervenções. Como forma de avaliação, os docentes participaram de uma roda de conversa a fim de discutir algumas questões previamente selecionadas e também elaboraram mapas conceituais sobre a metodologia aplicada. A pesquisa buscou a qualificação docente e proporcionou momentos de formação continuada, bem como o desenvolvimento da criticidade e de soluções técnicas e tecnológicas, estendendo seus benefícios à educação profissionalizante. Levando em conta a importância da prática experimental, fez-se referência a uma experimentação não distante da realidade social, que tratasse de assuntos cotidianos, através da Resolução de Problemas a fim de instigar o caráter investigativo dos sujeitos da pesquisa. Como resultados obteve-se a formulação de problemas sobre ligações químicas, modelos atômicos, metais pesados e estequiometria. Os relatos dos professores cursistas demostraram que a Resolução de Problemas associada a experimentação é uma ótima ferramenta metodológica para o Ensino de Ciências, porém é uma metodologia que exige planejamento e organização, mas que ao final tem um resultado positivo e válido, tanto para os alunos quanto para os próprios docentes.
