Resumo: The cicatricial process comprises a sequence of events and cellular interacting to restore damaged tissue. Biomaterials such as platelet rich plasma (PRP) were widely used for a healing promotion, due to the better distribution of collagen. In addition, studies show that biomaterial-associated statistics can improve endothelial function and increase re-epithelialization. Analysis of collagen architecture is critical when it comes to healing. A form of evaluation used to individualize the changes in the history and quantify as the existing changes, more precisely, because it is a technique that is independent of the evaluator. This is a research program to evaluate the use of rosuvastatin (RSV) associated with autologous PRP in serial form, to analyze how the ability of expression through the fractal dimension. 100 skin biopsies induced experimentally by male adults, treated or not with PRP, RSV and association, were followed at 7,14 and 17 days. In all procedures there was a decrease in the DF, verified up to 170 days. The WF of the Wounds That Know the Departure of the Different Doses Seven Days (P <0.05), It was verified that, unlike PRP in a serious way, the reorganization of the fibers in the initial healing process can be favored. The use of DF for collagen evaluation proved to be reliable.

Os biomateriais como o plasma rico em plaquetas (PRP) têm sido muito utilizados para a promoção de cicatrização, pela melhor distribuição do colágeno. Além disso, estudos mostram que as estatinas associadas a biomateriais podem melhorar a função endotelial e aumentar a reepitelização. A análise da arquitetura do colágeno é fundamental quando se trata de cicatrização. Uma forma de avaliação utilizada para identificar alterações estruturais na pele é a dimensão fractal, que permite caracterizar estruturas irregulares em lâminas histológicas e quantificar as alterações existentes, de maneira mais precisa, pois se trata de uma técnica que independe do avaliador. Este estudo teve por objetivo verificar a viabilidade do uso da rosuvastatina (RSV) associada ou não ao PRP autólogo de forma seriada, para analisar as fibras colágenas por meio da dimensão fractal. Foram utilizadas 100 biopsias de feridas de pele induzidas experimentalmente de coelhos adultos, machos, tratadas ou não com PRP, RSV e associação, que foram acompanhadas aos 7,14 e 17 dias. Em todos os tratamentos houve uma diminuição da DF, verificada até o 170 dia. A DF das feridas que receberam diferentes tratamentos foi menor nos primeiros sete dias (P<0,05), mostrando que a adição da RSV ao PRP de forma seriada pode favorecer a reorganização das fibras no processo de cicatrização inicial.
