Behavioral profile analysis is extremely effective and efficient in the corporate world. It is important to emphasize that an effective behavioral profile analysis involves aspects such as knowing oneself and dialoguing with the other individual. It is to be able to learn the other in the fullness of their dignity, their rights, their limits and, above all, their differences. This analysis is important for the development of self-management, interpersonal relationships and performance. The objective of this study was to map and analyze the behavioral profile of 1st year students of the Southern Presbyterian Seminary candidates for pastoral ministry through the iCOM Tool. We analyzed 29 students, men, with a mean age of 37 years. Behavioral profiles are divided into four distinct and interconnected groups. The idealizing behavioral profile is closely linked to the incentive behavioral profile in agility; the detailed behavioral profile is closely linked to the sociable behavioral profile in the passivity question. The results revealed that the profile with the highest occurrence was the Detailist, being identified in 41% of the sample. In general, 79% of the sample is more reflective, passive and moderate. Being only 21% of bold and active behavioral profile. It can be hypothesized that future ministers are likely to be constant, balanced, and have great content, but may have little involvement with new technologies and little development of innovative projects within their field. Thus, further studies are needed that may contribute to the theoretical-practical advancement of the theme of this research.
