Resumo: | The present work describes the synthesis of new Michael adducts of 1,4- naphthoquinone with a series of amino acids, with good (53-64%) to moderate (30-40%) yields, which highlighted the atom economy and the use of simplified synthetic methodologies to obtain products with high value biological value added. Thus, adducts were obtained with glycine, β- alanine, L-proline, L-alanine, L-phenylalanine, ethyl glycinate, ethyl β-aminopropyonate, ethyl L-2-aminopropyonate ethyl, ethyl 4-aminobutyrate, 4 and unpublished (L-phenylalanine, β-aminopropanoato ethyl, L-2-ethyl aminopropanoato and ethyl 4-aminobutyrate). The products were tested for bacteriostatic activity against microorganisms: Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumonia, and fungistatic activity against Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Trichophyton rubrum. Some compounds inhibited fungistatic and bacteriostatic even at the lower concentration of 62.5μg/mL. The compound showed better activity fungistatic and bacteriostatic compound was synthesized with the amino acid glycine. |

Submitted by (lucia.rodrigues@ufrpe.br) on 2017-02-15T13:23:13Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Maria Jose Sarmento Filha.pdf: 1909373 bytes, checksum: abde703b562cc63bdf58551f554faed2 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2017-02-15T13:23:13Z (GMT).
