Resumo: This thesis develops an approach to the study of Gelfand-Tsetlin modules through quiver representation theory. We begin by introducing two categories of representations: the generic Drinfeld category and the critical Drinfeld category. These categories help organize the behavior of singularities and provide a suitable framework for working with Gelfand-Tsetlin modules. Using this framework, we construct an alternative realization of Gelfand-Tsetlin modules for gl(3), which clarifies their structure and makes certain computations more accessible than with classical techniques. We also obtain explicit formulas for the action of the Drinfeld generators on 1-singular Gelfand-Tsetlin modules over gl(n). This extends what is currently known about the action of Drinfeld generators on tableaux and offers a pathway to handling modules with more general singularities.

Essas categorias ajudam a organizar o comportamento das singularidades e fornecem um ambiente adequado para trabalhar com módulos de GelfandTsetlin. Com esta ferramenta, construímos uma realização alternativa dos módulos de GelfandTsetlin para gl(3), que esclarece sua estrutura e torna certos cálculos mais acessíveis do que usando as técnicas clássicas. Também obtemos fórmulas explícitas para a ação dos geradores de Drinfeld em módulos de GelfandTsetlin 1-singulares sobre gl(n).
