O presente trabalho aborda o tema da inclusão na formação de professores de Física, a partir das contribuições de um material instrucional (produto educacional) especialmente elaborado para estudantes da graduação em Licenciatura em Física, visando a formação de um profissional docente que tenha subsídios para trabalhar na perspectiva inclusiva em sua futura atuação profissional. Esta pesquisa se caracteriza como sendo de abordagem qualitativa do tipo participante. A pesquisa foi realizada a partir de uma intervenção pedagógica realizada na forma de workshop virtual, com a participação voluntária de sete estudantes, maiores de dezoito anos, do curso de graduação em Licenciatura em Física, da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, campus Curitiba, matriculados na disciplina de Metodologia do Ensino de Física do referido curso no segundo semestre letivo de 2020. Estes sujeitos constituíram um grupo focal, que participou das atividades propostas no âmbito do workshop, por um período de vinte e cinco horas, divididas em quatro encontros virtuais. A partir dos resultados obtidos com o desenvolvimento do roteiro de cada um dos encontros, foi possível constituir os dados com auxílio da Análise Textual Discursiva. Com o levantamento prévio realizado no workshop, foram identificadas as necessidades formativas dos participantes, compreendendo suas concepções em relação à inclusão. Os dados foram organizados em sete categorias: (1) Leis e políticas para inclusão escolar; (2) Experiência dos participantes; (3) Professor conteudista; (4) Concepções equivocadas comuns sobre inclusão; (5) Argumentação como prática reflexiva no ensino de Física; (6) Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE) e Núcleo de Acompanhamento Psicopedagógico e Assistência Estudantil (NUAPE); (7) Contribuições do workshop para o ensino de Física. Foi possível perceber que o material de apoio serviu para despertar uma visão inicial de como ser um professor inclusivo. Os resultados mostram que os alunos que participaram do workshop precisam dar continuidade aos estudos relacionados a inclusão e aplicar aquilo que faz sentido para eles na sua formação docente e prática de estágio. Algumas questões para reflexão que mais apareceram foram: quais situações são inclusivas e não inclusivas; como tratar alunos com e sem deficiência; situações do cotidiano escolar; em primeiro lugar vem a pessoa e não a deficiência. Percebeu-se também que os futuros professores que já estão em contato com alunos, através do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID), contribuíram mais com dados e exemplos de sua trajetória profissional. O produto educacional em formato de e-book resultante desta pesquisa poderá ser uma ferramenta que virá auxiliar docentes e discentes que buscam aprimorar o ensino a partir da perspectiva de uma educação inclusiva.The theme of inclusion has become increasingly relevant in the educational field, but its implementation in practice is still a major challenge. The present work addresses the issue of inclusion in the training of Physics teachers, based on the contributions of an instructional material (educational product) especially designed for undergraduate students in Physics, aiming at the formation of a teaching professional who has subsidies to work in the inclusive perspective in their future professional performance. This research is characterized as having a qualitative approach of the participant type. The research was carried out from a pedagogical intervention implemented in the form of a virtual workshop, with the voluntary participation of seven students, over eighteen years of age, from the undergraduate course in Physics, at the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, Curitiba campus, enrolled in the discipline of Physics Teaching Methodology of that course in the second semester of 2020. These subjects constituted a focus group, which participated in the activities proposed within the scope of the workshop, for a period of twenty-five hours, divided into four virtual meetings. From the results obtained with the development of the script of each of the meetings, it was possible to constitute the data with the support of the Discursive Textual Analysis. With the previous survey implemented to the workshop, the training needs of the participants were identified, understanding their conceptions in relation to inclusion. Data were organized into seven categories: (1) Laws and policies for school inclusion; (2) Participants’ experience; (3) Content teacher; (4) Common misconceptions about inclusion; (5) Argumentation as a reflexive practice in Physics teaching; (6) Specialized Educational Assistance (AEE) and Center for Psycho-pedagogical Monitoring and Student Assistance (NUAPE); (7) Workshop contributions to Physics teaching. It was possible to perceive that the support material served to awake an initial vision of how to be an inclusive teacher. The results show that the students who participated in the workshop need to keep their studies related to inclusion and apply what makes sense to them in their teaching training and internship practice. Some questions for reflection that appeared the most were: which situations are inclusive and noninclusive; how to treat students with and without disabilities; everyday school situations; first comes the person and not the disability. It was also noticed that future teachers who are already in contact with students, through the Institutional Program of Scholarships for Teaching Initiation (PIBID), contributed more with data and examples of their professional trajectory.
