Resumo em Inglês: The mainpurpose of this present dissertation is to discuss about the actions of the health professionals when they assist young children victims of violence. This research has the purpose of clarifying the problems in between health professionals and young children victims of violence. Therefore, it was chosen a Children´s Hospital, a medium complexity hospital located in Ponta Grossa, Southern Brazil. This type of research started a discussion group about the assistance of young children victims of violence and about the problematic situations faced by the health professionals in a process of action-reflection-action-reflection, considering the ideological, psychological and cultural relation practice that interferes in the attendance practice by these professionals. It was chosen for this work the action-research methodology, because we understand that the psychosocial intervention belongs to a local team, who is the most interested part in building new ways to understand this event. It was used a semi-structured survey as a tool to collect all the data information in order to understand the phenomenon. After this survey, it was scheduled six meetings to discuss the over-interventionist actions performed by the health professionals during their work hours when they faced themselves with children victims of violence complex experiences. This methodology contributed to comprehend the reality inside these professionals daily life, about what´s the real problem and the difficulty behind their daily life. Having the violence against young children as a real problem, a public health problem, it was found some great answers inside these group studies. We have as a result of this research, these following topics: a) recognition of ahigher difficulty in dealing with the young children victims of violence by the health professionals involved; b) the necessity of professional trainings to develop more skills to do a better work; c) the necessity of an assistance protocol to these young children; d) the lack of high qualified professionals to solve the demand; e) the necessity of a better and modern structure inside the hospital that can assist to this higher demand; f) a better service in terms of organization and an inclusion of a flowchart to standardize the procedures and teamwork. The theoretical support to understand this present dissertation is based in authors and laws who treat every child as a subject of rights, respecting the human rights, and the authors who respect the communitarian psychology regarding the strengthening of the health professionals to establish an integrated practice. It is expected a great contribution by this intervention, in showing new possibilities to improve the practice skills by the health professionals to a better assistance of all children victims of violence.

A pesquisa teve como objetivo problematizar com os profissionais de saúde suas atuações frente à criança vítima de violência. Para tanto, escolheu-se um Hospital Infantil de média complexidade localizado no município de Ponta Grossa/ PR. Esse tipo de pesquisa favoreceu a formação de um grupo de discussão sobre o atendimento de crianças vítimas de violência, bem como a problematização de situações em que os profissionais de saúde foram levados a refletirem, em um processo de ação-reflexão-ação-reflexão, as relações de cunho ideológico, psicológico e cultural que interferem nas práticas de atendimento de cada um dos sujeitos desta pesquisa. Optou-se pela metodologia da pesquisa-ação por entender que a intervenção psicossocial se dá junto à equipe local, uma vez que são os profissionais os mais interessados em construir coletivamente novas formas de abordar este fenômeno. Usou-se a entrevista semi-estruturada como instrumento de coleta de dados com a finalidade de conhecer a forma de atuação dos profissionais de saúde em relação à violência contra a criança. Após esse levantamento propôs-se a esses profissionais seis encontros para discutir-se sobre as ações intervencionistas realizadas durante os seus expedientes de trabalho quando se deparam com situações de violência contra a criança.Essa metodologia favoreceu a compreensão a respeito do que os profissionais dizem sobre o que fazem com o que eles realmente fazem e como fazem. Por entender que a violência contra a criança se configura na atualidade como problema de saúde pública, dada a sua abrangência e suas várias modalidades, o conteúdo trabalhado nos encontros agrupou as concepções acerca da violência e formas de atuação. Como resultados esta pesquisa apresenta: a) os profissionais de saúde do hospital reconheceram a dificuldade em desempenhar um bom trabalho com as crianças vítimas de violência; b) há a necessidade de capacitação dos profissionais para melhor atender essa clientela; c) não há um protocolo de atendimento às crianças vítimas de violência; d) há falta de profissionais suficientes para atender a demanda; e) há a necessidade de uma estrutura mais adequada dentro do hospital para que se possa atender as crianças vítimas de violência da melhor forma possível; f) urge uma organização dos serviços e a inclusão de um fluxograma com o intuito de padronizar os procedimentos, bem como o próprio trabalho em equipe. Como resultados esta pesquisa apresenta: a) os profissionais de saúde do hospital reconheceram a dificuldade em desempenhar um bom trabalho com as crianças vítimas de violência; b) há a necessidade de capacitação dos profissionais para melhor atender essa clientela; c) não há um protocolo de atendimento às crianças vítimas de violência; d) há falta de profissionais suficientes para atender a demanda; e) há a necessidade de uma estrutura mais adequada dentro do hospital para que se possa atender as crianças vítimas de violência da melhor forma possível; f) urge uma organização dos serviços e a inclusão de um fluxograma com o intuito de padronizar os procedimentos, bem como o próprio trabalho em equipe. O suporte teórico para a compreensão do objeto está assentado em autores e nas leis que tratam da criança como sujeito de direitos, bem como naqueles que apresentam a psicologia comunitária no que tange ao fortalecimento dos profissionais de saúde para o estabelecimento de uma prática integrada.Espera-se que com esta intervenção possa-se contribuir para a melhoria da prática dos profissionais de saúde no atendimento às crianças vítimas de violência.
description The mainpurpose of this present dissertation is to discuss about the actions of the health professionals when they assist young children victims of violence. This research has the purpose of clarifying the problems in between health professionals and young children victims of violence. Therefore, it was chosen a Children´s Hospital, a medium complexity hospital located in Ponta Grossa, Southern Brazil. This type of research started a discussion group about the assistance of young children victims of violence and about the problematic situations faced by the health professionals in a process of action-reflection-action-reflection, considering the ideological, psychological and cultural relation practice that interferes in the attendance practice by these professionals. It was chosen for this work the action-research methodology, because we understand that the psychosocial intervention belongs to a local team, who is the most interested part in building new ways to understand this event. It was used a semi-structured survey as a tool to collect all the data information in order to understand the phenomenon. After this survey, it was scheduled six meetings to discuss the over-interventionist actions performed by the health professionals during their work hours when they faced themselves with children victims of violence complex experiences. This methodology contributed to comprehend the reality inside these professionals daily life, about what´s the real problem and the difficulty behind their daily life. Having the violence against young children as a real problem, a public health problem, it was found some great answers inside these group studies. We have as a result of this research, these following topics: a) recognition of ahigher difficulty in dealing with the young children victims of violence by the health professionals involved; b) the necessity of professional trainings to develop more skills to do a better work; c) the necessity of an assistance protocol to these young children; d) the lack of high qualified professionals to solve the demand; e) the necessity of a better and modern structure inside the hospital that can assist to this higher demand; f) a better service in terms of organization and an inclusion of a flowchart to standardize the procedures and teamwork. The theoretical support to understand this present dissertation is based in authors and laws who treat every child as a subject of rights, respecting the human rights, and the authors who respect the communitarian psychology regarding the strengthening of the health professionals to establish an integrated practice. It is expected a great contribution by this intervention, in showing new possibilities to improve the practice skills by the health professionals to a better assistance of all children victims of violence.
