Resumo: The present research was developed within the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Program in Education at the doctoral level of PUC Goiás. It is part of a research line on Education, Society, and Culture, and focused on the investigation of the Physical Education course at UnirG. The object of this research is the graduates of the Physical Education Course at UnirG, with the purpose of understanding the conceptions, values, beliefs and types of relationships that mediated their professional practice. The aim is to comprehend the constitution of the experiences acquired by the graduates during their initial training in the Physical Education course at UnirG, understood as legitimate cultural dispositions, for the formation of habitus and performance in the field of Physical Education working. The problematic question raised was: Does the habitus constituted by the graduates of the Physical Education course at UnirG during their initial training guide their future job choices? The specific objectives were to analyze the teachers' training projects in the field of Physical Education, regarding the universe of professional training and the Brazilian Physical Education field of work, to historicize the Physical Education course at UnirG with an emphasis on national guidelines, and to understand the educational and life trajectories of the graduates of the Physical Education course identifying the constitution of habitus. Methodologically, this study is qualitative research of a comprehensive nature based on the book Misery of the World (2003) (Preface and Postface), on Praxiological Theory and on Reflexive Sociology as formulated by Bourdieu. The empirical research was conducted with the graduates of the Physical Education course at UnirG, selecting respondents from the first class of each pedagogical political project since the inception of the course. For the interviews, 12 graduates were selected, including 3 graduates from the years 2000, 2005, 2008, and 2018 respectively, with two academic qualifications: Licentiate degree and bachelor's in physical education, who are currently working in the field. The scientific relevance of the investigation constitutes a fertile ground for knowledge production, enabling an understanding of the correlation between the roles played by the teaching staff in professional training, in the construction of professional experiences of new graduates, and consequently broadening the research on this theme in the country. t was found that the professional practices of the graduates subject to this research do not come only from the academic training process, they were constituted throughout their life trajectory, which include school, family history, other sociability spaces such as church, sports practices, experiences positive experiences with teachers and their experiences in the world of work

Está inserida na linha de pesquisa em Educação, Sociedade e Cultura e teve como campo de investigação o curso de Educação Física da Universidade de Gurupi - UnirG. O objeto de estudo desta pesquisa são os egressos do Curso de Educação Física da UnirG, com propósito de conhecer as concepções, valores, crenças, modos de relação mediaram a sua prática profissional. Tem como objetivo compreender a constituição das experiências adquiridas pelos egressos na formação inicial do curso de Educação Física da UnirG, compreendidas como disposições culturais legítimas, para a constituição do habitus e atuação no campo de trabalho da Educação Física. Levantou-se enquanto problemática o questionamento sobre: Em que medida o habitus constituído pelos egressos do curso de Educação Física da UnirG, na sua formação inicial, orientam as escolhas no mundo do trabalho? Como objetivos específicos, buscou-se analisar as disputas dos projetos de formação de professores no campo da Educação Física, abarcar o universo da formação profissional e o mundo do trabalho no campo da Educação Física brasileira, historicizar o curso de Educação Física da UnirG com ênfase nas diretrizes nacionais e compreender as trajetórias escolares e de vida dos egressos do curso de Educação Física com vistas a identificar a constituição do habitus. Metodologicamente, este estudo se trata de uma pesquisa qualitativa, de natureza compreensiva na obra Miséria do Mundo (2003) (Prefácio e Posfácio), na Teoria Praxiológica e na Sociologia Reflexiva nos termos formulados por Bourdieu. A pesquisa empírica ocorreu com os egressos do curso de Educação Física da UnirG, tendo como critério de seleção dos respondentes do questionário os egressos da primeira turma de cada projeto político pedagógico desde a origem do curso. Para a entrevista foram selecionados 12 egressos, sendo 3 (três) egressos dos anos de 2000, 2005, 2008 e 2018 respectivamente, com duas habilitações acadêmicas, Licenciatura e Bacharelado em Educação Física e atuando na área. A relevância científica da investigação constitui um campo fecundo de produção do conhecimento, possibilitando compreender a correlação entre os papéis desempenhado pelo quadro docente na formação profissional, na construção das experiências profissionais realizadas no mundo do trabalho dos egressos, e, consequentemente, ampliar o acervo sobre a investigação dessa temática no país. Contatou-se que as práticas profissionais dos egressos sujeitos dessa pesquisa não são oriundas somente do processo de formação acadêmica.
