Resumo: | The thesis investigates the act of disobedience as a power to create new modes of existence that are insurgent against colonialism, through studies of subjectivity, clinical practice, and art, thus introducing a perspective that differs from those adopted in political science and law, fields in which the act of disobedience is commonly studied. By entering the fields of creation and subjectivity, the thesis approaches children to listen to the germinations that open spaces for practices interested in creating new ways of making the body in continuous processes that invest in listening to the relationships we establish with the world. The main objective of this work is to investigate, through actions that privilege the field of speculative fabulations, disobedience as an action that shifts our relationship with the non-delegable self. It is understood that the greatest disobedience is not to betray the force that inhabits us, which calls us to act and reconnects us with what is unique in body-making. The non-delegable self, in insurgency against the capture of desire, is open to actions that listen to the seed. The experiences carried out in the thesis are artistic practices interested in the clinical process and the relationship between clinical practice and art, focusing on the act of disobedience as a creative force based on the premise of self-care, nomadic ethics, becoming, and the body without organs. The qualitative research uses experimental methodology, involving aspects of artistic-clinical practice, investigating the intersections between art and clinical practice, based on an autoethnographic strategy that uses speculative fabulation. The actions carried out in this thesis propose ways of thinking about concepts of the philosophy of difference and practices for rethinking clinical practice by mobilizing devices of subjectivation such as education, meditation, dreaming, and the process of the analistys't formation. This thesis is part of the research funding project titled “Challenges in Mental Health: Sustainability and Subjectivity in the Contemporary World,” from the Graduate Program in Clinical Psychology at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. The project was approved under CNPq Calls 25/2020 and 02/2021, process no. 444582/2020-7, whose foundations are aligned with the 2030 Agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the United Nations |
