The purpose of this study is to identify the contributions of the Public Ministry of Labor, in the resolute sphere of action, including through promotional activities, to ensure the fundamental right to professionalization, through professional qualification and apprenticeship, to adolescents in Assisted Freedom. The exploratory and qualitative research was based on the international normative instruments on human rights and the international normative framework that enshrines the special protection of the rights of children and adolescents. The approach of the subject also passed through the sieve of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988 that, in a moment of political opening, adopted the democratic regime as paradigm and consecrated the fundamental rights of such subjects, with absolute priority and under the mantle of the doctrine of integral protection. Aiming to achieve the purpose of the research was the confrontation of the causes of the involvement of adolescents in illegal acts, including in light of the theory of recognition intersubjective proposed by Axel Honneth, the establishment of rules on educational measures and modalities of the right to professional training, its forms and relevance, in particular for adolescents in Assisted Freedom, of the national policy of professionalization, the main obstacles and challenges to ensuring the fundamental right provided for in the national legal system, figuring as one of the axes in the SINASE Law. By sources of bibliographic and documentary research, from initiatives already launched and from the perspective of the researcher, in propositions that may contribute to the promotion of the fundamental right of adolescents in Assisted Freedom, with the improvement of the resolutive profile of the Public Ministry of Labor, in full construction and that strives for social articulation.
