Resumo: This study focuses on the precariousness of telemarketing operators' work in call centers with the advancement of the home office work model imposed by social isolation measures to combat the Covid-19 pandemic. The research is the result of a bibliographical and documentary study, with a theoretical-methodological basis in dialectical historical materialism. This research proposal stems from concerns that arose during the execution of our activities as a worker in the service sector, particularly in a Call Center in the city of Campina Grande, PB. The construction of the object of study starts from the principle that contemporary times are marked by a structural crisis that affects the world of work, reconfiguring the sphere of production and social reproduction. This has led to changes in the management of work processes, contracts, and salaries, resulting in the implementation of a new model of organizing the world of work, with the consequence of its precarization, which intensifies in a peripheral dependent economy like ours. The sanitary crisis imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic has exacerbated the existing economic crisis and advanced new work models, with a particular focus on the work of telemarketing operators in Call Centers. They have shifted to working from home, leading to an increase in the precarization of work processes, with negative consequences for the physical and mental health of workers. It was observed that the Covid-19 pandemic, especially the shift to home office work, has amplified social and gender inequalities, increased pressure on workers regarding job security, salaries, and working conditions, reinforced the lack of state protection for worker protection and support policies, and allowed previously unthinkable or less widespread forms of work to be widely used and legally supported. One such example is home office work, which shifts the costs of the work process to the worker, further worsening their living and working conditions.

A pesquisa é resultado de um estudo bibliográfico e documental, tendo como base teórico-metodológica, o materialismo histórico dialético. Esta proposta de investigação é fruto de inquietações que surgiram durante a execução de nossas atividades enquanto trabalhador do setor de serviços, em especial de um Call Center no município de Campina Grande – PB. A construção do objeto de estudo parte do princípio que se vivencia na contemporaneidade uma crise estrutural que afeta o mundo do trabalho reconfigurando a esfera da produção e da reprodução social, o que vem acarretar mudanças na gestão dos processos de trabalho, contratos e salários, por meio do qual se tem implementado um novo modelo de organização do mundo do trabalho, tendo como consequência a sua precarização, que se acirra num país de economia periférica dependente. E que a crise sanitária imposta pela pandemia do novo coronavírus, fez recrudescer a crise econômica instalada, e avançar novos modelos de trabalho, em que se destaca o trabalho de telemarketing dos operadores de Call Center, que passaram a desenvolver o trabalho em home office, o que ocasionou o aumento da precarização dos processos de trabalho, com consequências negativas para a saúde dos trabalhadores, tanto física quanto mental. Observou-se que, a pandemia da COVID-19, e em especial do trabalho em home office, potencializou as desigualdades sociais e de gênero, aumentou a pressão sobre os trabalhadores em relação a garantia dos postos de trabalho, dos salários e das condições de trabalho, reforçou a falta de proteção do Estado para com as políticas de proteção e amparo ao trabalhador e permitiu que novas formas de trabalho que anteriormente eram impensadas ou pouco difundidas, fossem amplamente utilizadas, e ganhassem respaldo jurídico, como o home office, que transfere para o trabalhador os custos com o processo de trabalho, aumentando a precarização das suas condições de vida e trabalho.application/pdfUniversidade Estadual da Paraíba24004014015P4Programa de Pós-Graduação em Serviço Social - PPGSSUEPBBRCentro de Ciências Sociais e Aplicadas - CCSACrisis.Peripheral economiesCall CenterHome office.CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADASSERVICO SOCIAL APLICADOCriseEconomias periféricasTrabalhoCall CenterHome officeUm estudo sobre a precarização do trabalho dos operadores de telemarketing em call center com o avanço do modelo de trabalho home officeinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisJunior, Geraldohttps://llattes.cnpq.br/3697807260082538Souza, Moemahttps://llattes.cnpq.br/2781009304496825Lira, Terçália Suassuna Vazhttps://llattes.cnpq.br/6899145697325253https://llattes.cnpq.br/2836267610137491Ferreira, José Leandro Alvesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessporreponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instname:Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB)instacron:UEPBTHUMBNAILDISSERTAÇÃO JOSÉ LEANDRO ALVES FERREIRA .pdf.jpgDISSERTAÇÃO JOSÉ LEANDRO ALVES FERREIRA .pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg2989https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/64083146-22eb-4922-8511-c9feba43817f/download8ab118843747fcb82d87e39480c10ee0MD58falseAnonymousREADTermo de Depósito BDTD0.pdf.jpgTermo de Depósito BDTD0.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg4923https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/9bff10af-9005-4de7-b55a-5be064b388c0/download207a93a074902eb9d5a5a3f26b1693e3MD59falseAdministratorREADORIGINALDISSERTAÇÃO JOSÉ LEANDRO ALVES FERREIRA .pdfDISSERTAÇÃO JOSÉ LEANDRO ALVES FERREIRA .pdfDissertaçãp José Leandro.pdfapplication/pdf1088893https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/317c66bb-b7c5-4919-b6ec-25397bd8ecff/downloadaaff9cfb58f3b33700b1389ca1ff4e9eMD52trueAnonymousREADTermo de Depósito BDTD0.pdfTermo de Depósito BDTD0.pdfTermo de depósito.pdfapplication/pdf134802https://repositorio.uepb.edu.br/bitstreams/448c0b67-abd4-423c-a758-6b9c61efc66a/download031a3f12d091223bdd687e86ca6a9b0fMD56falseAdministratorREADLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
