Resumo: During cancer treatment, patients experience the symptom of cancer-related fatigue (CRF), which directly interferes with quality of life and the ability to perform activities of daily living. The association between negative symptoms resulting from treatment can interfere with adherence to therapy and even limit the effects of treatment, therefore, the development of effective integrated treatment strategies, such as the use of virtual reality, should be encouraged. PhysioPlay® is an exergame that presents an innovative, practical and low-cost proposal in order to be used as a tool for physical assessment and rehabilitation. In this sense, the present study aims to analyze the intra and inter-rater reliability of the PhysioPlay® and Trigno Delsys instruments in the assessment of motor response time in volunteers with cancer undergoing treatment. The sample consisted of 46 volunteers, of both sexes, undergoing chemotherapy and / or radiotherapy. The volunteers were allocated to groups corresponding to the type of cancer treatment modality: CG - Chemotherapy (26 volunteers); RG - Radiotherapy (13 volunteers); CRG - Chemotherapy-Radiotherapy (7 volunteers). All volunteers were assessed for cancer-related fatigue using the FACIT-F questionnaire, functional assessment using the scale PSFS and the response time assessment using the PhysioPlay® and Trigno 8 Channel Wireless instruments. through the ICC, excellent levels of reliability in the intra-rater analysis for both instruments in the three groups studied (PHY: CG = 1.00; RG = 1.00; CRG = 0.99 and TRIG: CG = 0.92; RG = 0.92; CRG = 0.96) In the inter-rater analysis there was excellent reliability for both instruments in the chemotherapy group (PHY: CG = 0.98; TRIG: CG = 0.99), excellent and good in the radiotherapy group for the PhysioPlay® and Trigno instruments respectively (PHY: RG = 0.98; TRIG: RG = 0.44) and good and reasonable in the chemotherapy-radiotherapy group (PHY: CRG = 0.49; TRIG: CRG = 0.29). It was observed that there was no correlation between the assessment instruments used (CG: r = 0.12; p = 0.56; RG: r = -0.12; p = 0.70; CRG: r = 0.54; p = 0.21), as well as there wasn’t correlation between the instruments and the questionnaires FACIT-F, FACT-G and PSFS. It is concluded that there is intra and inter-rater reliability between PhysioPlay® and Trigno Delsys instruments when used to assess motor response time in volunteers with cancer undergoing treatment.

It is concluded that there is intra and inter-rater reliability between PhysioPlay® and Trigno Delsys instruments when used to assess motor response time in volunteers with cancer undergoing treatment.Durante o tratamento oncológico os pacientes experimentam o sintoma de fadiga relacionada ao câncer (FRC), que interfere diretamente na qualidade de vida e na capacidade de realizar atividades de vida diária. A associação entre sintomas negativos provenientes do tratamento pode interferir na adesão à terapia e até limitar os efeitos do tratamento, portanto, deve-se incentivar o desenvolvimento de estratégias eficazes de tratamento integrado, como o uso da realidade virtual. O PhysioPlay® é um exergame que apresenta uma proposta inovadora, prática e de baixo custo com o objetivo de ser utilizada como ferramenta para avaliação e reabilitação física. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar a confiabilidade intra e inter-avaliador dos instrumentos de avaliação PhysioPlay® e Trigno Delsys na avaliação do tempo de resposta motora em voluntários com câncer em tratamento. A amostra consistiu em 46 voluntários, de ambos os sexos, submetidos à quimioterapia e/ou radioterapia. Os voluntários foram alocados em grupos correspondentes ao tipo de modalidade de tratamento de câncer: GQ – Quimioterapia (26 voluntários); GR – Radioterapia (13 voluntários); GQR – Quimioterapia-Radioterapia (7 voluntários). Todos os voluntários foram avaliados quanto à Fadiga Relacionada ao câncer por meio do questionário FACIT-F, avaliação funcional por meio da escala PSFS e a avaliação do tempo de resposta por meio dos instrumentos de avaliação PhysioPlay® e Trigno 8 Channel Wireless. Foram observados, por meio do ICC, excelentes níveis de confiabilidade na análise intra-avaliador para ambos os instrumentos nos três grupos estudados (PHY: GQ=1,00; GR=1,00; GQR=0,99 e TRIG: GQ=0,92; GR=0,92; GQR=0,96). Na análise inter-avaliador houve uma confiabilidade excelente para ambos os instrumentos no grupo quimioterapia (PHY: GQ=0,98; TRIG: GQ=0,99), excelente e boa no grupo radioterapia para os instrumentos PhysioPlay® e Trigno respectivamente (PHY: GR=0,98; TRIG: GR=0,44) e boa e razoável no grupo quimioterapia-radioterapia (PHY: GQR=0,49; TRIG: GQR=0,29). Observou-se que não houve correlação entre os instrumentos de avaliação utilizados (GQ: r = 0,12; p = 0,56; GR: r = -0,12; p = 0,70; GQR: r = 0,54; p = 0,21), assim como não foi identificada correlação entre os instrumentos e os questionários FACIT-F, FACT-G e PSFS. Conclui-se que há confiabilidade intra e inter-avaliador entre os instrumentos de avaliação PhysioPlay® e Trigno Delsys quando utilizados na avaliação do tempo de resposta motora em voluntários com câncer em tratamento.application/pdfporUniversidade Federal de AlfenasPrograma de Pós-graduação em Ciências da ReabilitaçãoUNIFAL-MGBrasilInstituto de Ciências Biomédicasinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/NeoplasiaFadigaRealidade VirtualReabilitação.CIENCIAS DA SAUDEAnálise intra e inter-avaliadores do tempo de resposta motora pelo software PhysioPlay® e sua relação com a fadiga em voluntários com câncer em tratamento.info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion11968508487375290116006008765449414823306929reponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Federal de Alfenas - RiUnifalinstname:Universidade Federal de Alfenas (UNIFAL)instacron:UNIFALAnciães, Júlia Da CostaLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
