Resumo: The MOOC phenomenon can be considered an evolution of distance education, associated with the movement of open educational resources and the expansion of knowledge can provide a motivating learning, attractive and interactive. This fact explains the study in question, which aimed to assess the level of knowledge of students in the health area students on home visits in the Family Health Strategy, using an Open Course Massively Online, as an intervention measure, the from the use of a multimedia interface. This is a quantitative, quasi-experimental, with no control group, the pre type and performed post-test during the period from March to June 2016 with 135 graduate students of the 1st and 3rd period of Nursing, Physiotherapy and Medicine . We conducted an integrative review of the home visit education to prepare the questionnaire pre and post-test and may thus verify the knowledge that the students had on the subject. This questionnaire was evaluated by six judges in a refining process and subjected to the internal consistency analysis. an array of cognitive, attitudinal competencies and skills that guided the selection and construction of media resources was developed. The media resources used were teaching support material, video classes, Role Playing Video, game with Augmented Reality and Quiz. The course was divided into three modules: 1) Family Approach, 2) Homecare Business Concept and 3) Phases of Home Visit. The questionnaire pre and post-test was applied, the characterization questionnaire of participants and a course evaluation questionnaire. These data were tabulated and analyzed using the SPSS software, version 17.0 for Windows. There was a predominance of females (74.8%) with mean age of 20 years, 91.9% have notebook, 95.6% access the Internet at home, 91.9% use the internet for the study, only 11, 9% had already done some distance course and 32.2% had undergone some discipline by the virtual learning environment of the University. Only 2.2% knew the MOOC tool. After application of the course, participants evaluated as very appropriate the resources used and environmental features such as formatting, access, navigation, images and hypertext. Found highly significant association between the notes of the pre and post-test (p = 0.000000001) 83.0% participants had higher score in the post-test, which shows the effectiveness of the intervention. Comparing note the pre- and post-test by course all showed significant association: 1ºperíodo Nursing (p = 0.0001), 1 Physiotherapy period (p = 0.004), 1ºperíodo of Medicine (p = 0.0001), 3rd Nursing period (p = 0.002), 3ºperíodo Physiotherapy (p = 0.013), 3rd period of Medicine (p = 0.0001) .The best rated feature was the Didactic Material support (74.1%) and the course with the highest average in the pre and post-test was 3ºperíodo of Medicine. The use of MOOC tool in this study was effective allowing a significant learning for the education of home visits, and may be a potential educational tool for teaching and learning.

The use of MOOC tool in this study was effective allowing a significant learning for the education of home visits, and may be a potential educational tool for teaching and learning.O fenômeno MOOC pode ser considerado uma evolução da educação a distância, associado ao movimento dos recursos educacionais abertos e da expansão do conhecimento, podendo oferecer uma aprendizagem motivadora, atrativa e interativa. Tal fato explica a realização do estudo em questão, que teve como objetivo principal avaliar o grau de conhecimento dos estudantes universitários da área da saúde sobre visita domiciliar, na Estratégia Saúde da Família, utilizando um Curso Aberto Massivo Online, como proposta de intervenção, a partir do uso de uma interface multimídia. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa, quase-experimental, sem grupo controle, do tipo pré e pós-teste realizada durante o período de março a junho de 2016 junto a 135 graduandos do 1º e do 3º períodos dos cursos de Enfermagem, Fisioterapia e Medicina. Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa sobre o ensino de visita domiciliar para elaboração do questionário pré e pós-teste , podendo assim verificar o conhecimento que os estudantes tinham sobre a temática. Esse questionário foi avaliado por seis juízes em um processo de refinamento e submetido à análise de consistência interna. Foi elaborada uma matriz de competências cognitivas, atitudinais e de habilidades que norteou a seleção e a construção dos recursos midiáticos. Os recursos midiáticos utilizados foram Material de apoio didático, Videoaulas, Vídeo de Dramatização, Jogo com Realidade Aumentada e Quiz. O curso foi dividido em três módulos: 1) Abordagem Familiar, 2) Conceito de Visita Domiciliar e 3) Fases da Visita Domiciliar. Foi aplicado o questionário pré e pós-teste, o questionário de caracterização dos participantes e um questionário de avaliação do curso. Esses dados foram tabulados e analisados por meio do Software SPSS, versão 17.0 para Windows. Houve predomínio do sexo feminino (74,8%) com média de idade de 20 anos, 91,9%possuem notebook, 95,6% acessam a internet em casa, 91,9% utilizam a internet para o estudo, apenas 11,9% já tinham realizado algum curso a distancia e 32,2% tinham realizado alguma disciplina pelo ambiente virtual de aprendizagem da Universidade. Apenas 2,2% conheciam a ferramenta MOOC. Após a aplicação do curso, os participantes avaliaram como muito adequados os recursos utilizados e as características do ambiente como formatação, acesso, navegação, imagens e hipertextos. Foi encontrada associação fortemente significativa entre as notas do pré e pós teste (p=0,000000001), 83,0% dos participantes tiveram nota maior no pós-teste, o que mostra a eficácia da intervenção. Comparando a nota do pré e pós-teste por curso todos apresentaram associação significativa: 1º período de Enfermagem (p=0,0001), 1º período de Fisioterapia (p= 0,004), 1ºperíodo de Medicina (p=0,0001), 3º período de Enfermagem (p=0,002), 3º período de Fisioterapia (p= 0,013), 3º período de Medicina (p=0,0001). O recurso melhor avaliado foi o Material de Apoio Didático (74,1%) e o curso com maior média no pré e pós-teste foi o 3º período de Medicina. A utilização da ferramenta MOOC neste estudo mostrou-se eficaz, possibilitando uma aprendizagem expressiva para o ensino da visita domiciliar, podendo ser uma potencial ferramenta pedagógica de ensino e aprendizagem.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfporUniversidade Federal de AlfenasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em EnfermagemUNIFAL-MGBrasilEscola de Enfermageminfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Visita domiciliarEducaçãoTecnologia EducacionalENFERMAGEM::ENFERMAGEM DE SAUDE PUBLICAAvaliação de Competências de estudantes universitários sobre visita domiciliar utilizando a ferramenta Curso Aberto Massivo Onlineinfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion-320458053053636049360060060056473900279549316582075167498588264571reponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Federal de Alfenas - RiUnifalinstname:Universidade Federal de Alfenas (UNIFAL)instacron:UNIFALBorges, Fernanda RibeiroORIGINALDissertação de Fernanda Ribeiro Borges.pdfDissertação de Fernanda Ribeiro Borges.pdfapplication/pdf7443727https://repositorio.unifal-mg.edu.br/bitstreams/4a4ace25-48d6-4151-8096-7ec021521a3f/downloada415fad9c274a8b3abbe27a81e3bdf0fMD55LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
